Shipping Policy

At Bundle Bank Hair Co, we pride ourselves on fast shipping to contribute to our amazing customer service. All orders typically ship within 3 to 4 business days, not including weekends and holidays. During high order volume, processing may take 5 to 10 business days.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct, including apartment, suite, or unit numbers. If your package is returned due to an insufficient address, you will be responsible for the reshipping cost.

USPS shipping takes approximately 3 to 4 business days. Once your order has shipped, tracking will be sent via email. Please contact USPS directly for any delays, lost, or damaged packages. We do not control shipping once the package has been handed off.

Important: All delivery issues must be reported to USPS at usps.com.

Order Inquiries

Before contacting us about an existing order, you must include your full name and order number. Messages without this information will not receive a response.

Tracking is automatically sent via email once your order ships. We will not respond to questions that are already answered on our website, including shipping, policies, pricing, and inventory availability.

Restocks are posted on our Instagram story. We do not provide specific restock dates, as inventory varies.

Please maintain a respectful and professional tone in all communication. Disrespectful or inappropriate messages will not receive a response and may result in being banned from future purchases.

Processing Options

Ready to Ship: Orders placed before 9:00 PM are sent to USPS the next day. Tracking is provided within 24 to 48 hours.

Made to Order:
Processing time: 5 to 10 business days
Shipping time: 3 to 4 business days
This includes customized orders, colors, and quality checks.

Pickup or Delivery:
Available only for local customers. Delivery is $10 and takes place on Saturdays.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns.

If an error is made on our end, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery to be considered for an exchange. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Items showing signs of use or tampering will not qualify for exchange.

Chargeback Policy

By placing an order, you agree that all sales are final. Filing a chargeback or dispute will result in immediate termination of services and a permanent ban from future purchases.

We will provide all documentation, including communication records and proof of delivery, to the payment processor to dispute any fraudulent claims.
