How long is shipping?
3 to 4 business days. Customized orders take 7 to 10 business days.
How long does raw hair last?
With simple, consistent care like your real hair, our raw hair can last 2 to 5 years, making it a long term luxury investment rather than a short term extension.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash App, Apple Pay, and cash are accepted only for people in my city. If you live out of town, I accept card payments including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are securely processed.
Why did you start selling wigs?
I started because I love making my girlies feel confident.
Where is your hair from?
Our hair is mainly from Southeast Asia, including India, Burma, and Cambodia.
Can we get longer inches than 30 inches and can we get customized colors?
Yes. Anything over 30 inches must be preordered by messaging me first, and that usually takes 5 to 10 business days. For customized color, I can do any color needed. Just message me and I will have my factory make it.
Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
Yes, only for people in my city. Delivery is available on Saturdays if needed, and there is a $10 delivery fee.
How many bundles do I need?
Keep in mind that everyone has their own preference and these are just suggestions. 12 to 16 inches usually need 3 bundles. 18 to 26 inches usually need 4 bundles. 28 to 30 inches usually need 5 bundles.
